2. Using the Website

Access: You can access our website according to these terms. Bookings must be made following these terms.

When registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We can modify or remove parts of the website or these terms at any time.

We can change these terms. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the website. Continued use means you accept the changes.

3. Booking Services

To book a cleaning, you must be 18 or older.

After booking, you'll receive an acknowledgement email. This doesn't confirm your booking. We'll send a separate confirmation email.
4. Price and Payment

Prices for services are listed on the website, excluding parking costs (charged extra).

Prices can change, but won't affect confirmed bookings.

We use Stripe for secure payments. We are not responsible for fraudulent use of lost cards on our website.

You must keep a valid payment method on file. Inform us if your payment information changes.

We may pre-authorize your card and charge it after the service.

A £10 administration fee applies to unpaid invoices after the service date.

Promotional codes and gift cards have limitations. Contact support@spify.co.uk for more information.

Invoices must be settled within 24 hours after the cleaning. Late payments may incur fees.
5. Booking Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your booking if you violate these terms.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice.
6. Booking Cancellation or Rescheduling by You

You can cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours notice (by logging into your account or emailing support@spify.co.uk) free of any charge

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incur a £40 late cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or on the day of service require full payment for the booking.

Spify Services may offer additional discounts at its discretion.
7. Insurance
We have £5 million public liability insurance. There are excesses (deductibles) that may apply depending on the claim. Contact us for more information.
8. Privacy
We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to this and confirm all data you provide is accurate.
9. Liability

Our maximum liability for any losses you suffer due to us breaking this agreement is limited to the cost of the services purchased in the past 6 months.

This doesn't limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything we can't legally exclude liability for.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of income, business, profits, or data.

We take reasonable care to protect your booking and payment details, but cannot be held liable if a third party gains unauthorized access in the absence of negligence on our part.
10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control ("Force Majeure Events").

This includes strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.

Our performance is suspended during a Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension for completing our obligations. We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
11. General

Intellectual Property: We or our licensors own the copyright and other intellectual property rights on the website content.

You may only use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Downloading website material is only allowed for personal use on one computer.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing website content is strictly prohibited.

You can provide us with feedback on the service, and grant us a license to use it to improve the service.
