  • Q: How to book a service?
    A: You can book all of our spify services online via our online booking form or via chat on our company website - spify.co.uk
  • Q: When can I make a booking?
    A: There are several available time slots during the day. Earliest starts are at 7:00am and the latest can start at 19:00pm.
  • Q: Can I book a service for the weekend?
    A: Yes, our services are available 7 days per week, even on weekends and bank holidays.
  • Q: What is your coverage?
    A: We can send our cleaning teams anywhere within the Yorkshire area as well as the surrounding areas. If you are not sure about your area, please contact our customer care team.
  • How can I view my upcoming services?
    You can see your upcoming services by navigating to Your Bookings within your Spify account at any time. If you are unable to see your bookings, please contact us via our chat so we can check if everything is in order with your upcoming services.
  • How can I reschedule my booking?
    If you need to reschedule your booking you can do it in your Spify Account in the My Bookings section. Please be aware that you may be required to pay a fee for late rescheduling. Please see our Cancellation Policy.
  • How can I cancel my upcoming service?
    You can cancel an upcoming service by navigating to your Spify Account. Click on Cancel button under the appointment you want to cancel.
